His experience as a classroom teacher, program director, and eventually Chief Operating Officer and interim Executive Director make him well suited for the duties as the CEO of the Institute. |

Debbie Rohlmeier, Co-Founder/Chief Engagement Officer Debbie has over 25 years in education where she taught K-6 and GT students, coached teachers on technology integration, developed curriculum, and as an ELAR and Social Studies Coordinator. She is a seasoned professional developer who believes in the positive possibilities immersive tech can bring to student learning and wants to help educators do just that in ways that are easy, fun, and transformational. |

Jason Harris, President Mr. Harris has more than 15 years of experience in management of local, state, and national non-profit humanities-based programs and organizations and is currently the executive director of Chisholm Trail Museum in Oklahoma. He has a lengthy record of supporting immersive educational experiences for a wide variety of learners. |

Kimberly Murphree, Vice President Ms. Murphree is a veteran educator and technology specialist of nearly 20 years of experience. She is a leader in the field of integrating immersive technology in the classroom and is passionate about getting students engaged through its use. |

Stephen L. Hardin, Ph.D.,Secretary Dr. Hardin has more than 25 years of experience as a professor of history and a demonstrated awareness of the application of immersive technology to the study of history. He is a respected adviser to many organizations and media projects including films and documentaries. |

Keishla Ceaser-Jones Ms. Ceaser-Jones is an advocate for learners of all ages. She currently serves as a Director for Partner Success with Discovery Education where she supports district implementation to realize the value of their products and services in support of learning for students and teachers. Prior to joining Discovery Education, Keishla worked for Pearson Education as a National Humanities Specialist where she worked with school districts across the country to implement instructional resources with a focus on Social Studies core content. Keishla grew up in Houston, Texas and received her Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literary Studies from the University of Houston. Upon completing her studies, she entered the teaching profession, supporting secondary students in World History, including Advanced Placement, and English Language Arts. |

Megan Gately Ms. Gately is the Associate Director of School Programs at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute. She holds a BA in History/Education from the University of Arizona and an MA in Educational Leadership and Policy from Arizona State University. She has worked at museums and historical societies in California, Arizona and Minnesota. Currently, she is developing an immersive and gamified simulation that integrates game theory and mechanics into a critical thinking and decision-making activity where the stakes are high and the students lead. |

Cyndy Harrison Ms. Harrison, a native Houstonian, graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing. After a marketing/advertising career, she received a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and has over 20 years of education experience. While living in the Twin Cities area for the past six years she has remained active with K-12 and Higher Education audiences across the country while working for NBC Learn and Sourcewell Technology. |

Shawnea' Jackson Ms. Jackson is a Professional Learning Consultant for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. She currently travels the nation working with school districts on implementation of literacy solutions. A retired educator/librarian/technology specialist, she has championed education for over 30 years. Her vision for education has technology in the forefront as a conduit to learning experiences and access to a wide range of perspectives and information for problem solving and creation. Her definition of Literacy has evolved to include not only reading and writing but the art of comprehension and expression in any medium. |
